Mobilar®, offical trademark registration

Good news incoming !!!

In November 2018 we applied for an official registration of the MOBILAR brand. After some months, MOBILAR is now finally a registered trademark at the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). A nice token of ‘consideration’ as we fully consider MOBILAR to be a seperate brand on its own.

As from now on, we will continue adding the official “®”-symbol for all MOBILAR® related communication (see what we did there 😉).

With regards to the “nice classification”, MOBILAR® was registered in the following classes:

• 9: Web application software; professional business application software; online platform for collection, compilation, preparation and analysis of business data; downloadable computer software featuring tools for collection, compilation, preparation and analysis of business data; data loggers and recorders; computer software for personnel training; augmented reality software, simulation software and simulators for training personnel; training guides in electronic format; computer software platforms for measuring, screening, testing, presenting of business skills and employment skills; computer software platforms for training personnel.
• 35: Business analysis, research and information services; collection, compilation, preparation and analysis of business data; expert evaluations and reports relating to business matters; human resources management; evaluation of personnel requirements; advisory services relating to personnel management and performances; personnel evaluation and testing; career advisory services (other than education and training advice); testing to determine employment skills.
• 41: Personnel training; business training consultancy services; professional coaching; training information; instruction services relating to business and data processing; career advisory services (education or training advice); organization of training; distance learning courses and services.
• 42: Consultancy services in the field of information technology; software as a service [SaaS]; platform as a service [PaaS]; consulting services in the field of software as a service [SaaS] and platform as a service [PaaS]; research and development of advanced learning technologies and teaching methods; platform as a service (PAAS) featuring computer software platform for measuring, screening, testing, presenting of business skills and employment skills; computer software platforms for training personnel.
